First property auction by Hungarian tax authorities ends without bids

The first attempt by the Tax Authority (APEH) to auction off real estate online failed yesterday, as no bids were filed for the vineyard in Kazincbarcika offered for a minimum of Ft 300,000.

APEH has scheduled its next real estate online auction for February 19. The authority hopes to sell 125 properties through online auctions.

You actually might be better off getting a property agent to bid for you.
