New hotel/pool project ready to kick off in Újpest

This month will see the launch of a Ft 6.7 billion investment for a new, state-of-the-art pool and four-star hotel in Újpest, District IV. The developer is UTE Szálloda és Sportközpont Kft which bought the plot that will host the complex for Ft 800 million.

According to napi.hu, UTE Szálloda és Sportközpont Kft is owned by Kapolyi’s System Consulting Zrt, UTE Sport Kft, Genev Kft and a private investor.

The bulk of the budget comes from a foreign investment bank and only 20% from the investor’s own resources.

The main contractor is Keviép Kft. The pool will mainly be used by UTE Sports Club. The hotel will have 100 guest rooms, and offer conference facilities and wellness services.
