A new mall named Dunacenter Powershopping is set to open in the west Hungarian city of Győr this fall, reports business dailiy Világgazdaság.
The €25 million shopping facility will sit on a 46,000-sqm area and offer 17,000 sqm of rentable space, part of which has already been let to tenants, among them Lidl, DrogerieMarkt, KiK and Deichmann.
The developer is the Austrian CA Immo, which, along with Pannonia Shopping Center Kft, covers 40% of the costs from its own pocket.
