Walker and Williams Investment Group has injected a further CHF 20m into Topark, a project company building a EUR 4.8bn residential, office and retail development on the outskirts of Budapest.
The fresh capital will support preparations for the next phases of the project, to be realised over 13 years. It will include 92,000 square metres of office space, 20,000 square metres of space for services, 89,000 square metres of shopping space and more than 160 rental homes.
Walker and Williams has financed several property developments in Hungary.
