€40 million Eiffel Square office complex/cultural center opens near Nyugati

The office complex and public park known as Eiffel Tér Irodaház és Kulturális Közpark has opened, reports ingatlanmagazin.hu.

The complex has 17,175 square meters of rentable office space, 1,978 sqm of restaurant space and 3,468 sqm of retail space.

The park, located near the Western Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar), will serve as a cultural venue in summer and as an ice-skating rink in winter.

The main investor in the €40 million development is the Europa Fund II, and the developers are ConvergenCE and DVM Group. The building and the park were designed by Finta és Társai Építész Stúdió.
