Gyula’s Almásy Castle, unused for a decade, will be given to anyone who agrees to renovate it for the token sum of Ft 1, Mayor Klára Perjési announced at a press conference on October 13.
According to local portal beol.hu, Perjési said any solution would be better for the town than the current situation, so if the state can find an investor, she would agree to hand over the property.

a “peppercorn” sum? All you greedy investors should beware. Especially around midnight if you take up the offer.
