Online auction site Vatera launches offline marketing blitz

Leading Hungarian auction portal Vatera.hu has launched a “guerrilla” marketing campaign to raise awareness of its service, writes kreativ.hu.

Five companies were invited by Vatera to pitch for the job, which was one by a new firm called Cluso.

The campaign produced by Cluso was launched on the 12th of October on the Internet (including Twitter and Facebook), on television and in numerous other offline media.

The campaign is the first for Vatera; the site so far has employed promotional offers marketed on the Internet.
