Hungarian state asset manager MNV has put a former military storage facility in Budapest’s District XIV up for sale, writes vg.hu, based on MTI-Eco.
The 1,891-square-meter facility sits on Mogyoródi út, and is subject to a minimum bid of just above Ft 800 million (roughly €3 million). The property is free debts and unencumbered by lawsuits.
Offers are due by November 26th and the buyer has to forward 40% of the price initially and pay the rest within a year. A maximum of 35% of the property can be built on and 50% has to be left as a green area.
