The development of the KÖKI transport junction in Budapest’s District X is in full swing, and many renters are said to be interested in the new property, writes napiingatlan.hu.
The complex, to be called KÖKI Terminál, will comprise a three-level shopping center, an OBI do-it-yourself store, offices, service providers, restaurants and other entertainment venues.
The old pedestrian overpass of the subway station is being renovated, in addition to a new, more convenient overpass being built. Passengers’ comfort will also be served by a roofed bus terminal.
