Main contractor Hérosz Zrt has completed the structure of the Budapest Technical University’s Q1 building, reports vg.hu.
The project, launched in 2007, had to be suspended in March due to financial problems, but banks K&H, Raiffeisen and MFB have stepped in to provide loans.
The building, which will serve educational and cultural purposes, has a total area of 33,400 square meters on eight floors. It is expected to be opened in September 2010.
