Uniqa opens new €36 million Budapest office building

Uniqa Invest Kft’s €36 million office development on Budapest’s Róbert Károly körút (District XIII) has been completed, writes vg.hu, based on an MTI-ECO report.

The Vital Business Center, which occupies 18,000 square meters, was officially opened on December 15.

The Austrian Uniqa group financed its Hungarian development company’s office building of which 60% is occupied by Uniqa Insurance Zrt, CEO Michl Othmar said at the opening ceremony. The rest of the space is being used by a diagnostics center and a pharmacy.
