A German investor is planning to build a HUF 2bn (EUR 7.26m) hotel and water park in Kozarmisleny (S Hungary), the daily Uj Dunantuli Naplo reported on Tuesday.
The investor has signed a contract with the town’s local council to begin construction of the planned 23-room hotel and associated water park within two years and complete it within three years, though plans to launch the investment next spring and complete it within a year and a half, the newspaper reported.
