Budapest’s Capital Square office building has won an award from the Construction & Investment Journal (CIJ) for being the best office development of 2009, reports iroda.hu.
The complex, which is located at the corner of Váci út and Dráva utca in District XIII, was HOCHTIEF Development Hungary’s first project in Hungary. It was completed in the middle of last year and handed over to the Austrian CA-Immo International investment group.
Currently, nearly 45% of the building occupying 32,500 square meters is rented.
