FHB first tenant in Budapest’s new Ü48 Corner Center complex

A new office complex called the Ü48 Corner Center was completed on Budapest’s Üllői út last month, reports epulettar.hu.

The complex, which offers “A” category offices occupying over 7,000 square meters, has seven levels and a three-level underground garage. The first, exclusive renter of the building developed by Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznosítási és Fejlesztési Nyrt (BIF Group) is the FHB bank group.

According to the portal, this “21st-century, premium category office development,” with its bent glass surface, is creating a new trend on the Budapest office market and in architecture.
