OTP Ingatlanbefektetési Alap is building residential blocks at 59 Beszédes József sétány, Siófok, on a 5,000-square-meter lot, reports vg.hu.
One of the four-story buildings will comprise 27 flats, while the other 29. In their yard, 56 parking spaces and 34 storage rooms will be established. Construction is expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2010.
The company is also constructing a five-story, 2,300-square-meter building at 2 Rómer Flóris utca, Veszprém, where 43 flats and a 390-square-meter storage room will be established. In the yard, a 43-space parking lot is being built. The development is expected to be finished in September.
The investor is mainly investing in office and residential complexes and commercial and logistics facilities.
