Hungary’s national tax office APEH has made a calculator available on its website which can be used to find out estimated value of any real estate in the country, reports portfolio.hu. Tests run by RSM DTM Hungary Zrt. have shown that there are problems with the calculator.
The new function can be found on the Hungarian version of APEH’s website under “Kalkulátorok” and “Becsült ingatlanérték.” Commonly called “asset tax calculator,” it aims to help taxpayers calculate value of their eal estate when filling out tax return forms.
According to Sándor Hegedűs, head of RSM DTM Hungary’s tax department, the calculator provided values for apartments which were too high for their neighborhood. In addition, the calculator provides value of real estate not owned by the taxpayer using it and even of unexisiting real estate.
Taxpayers who use the function can save results, which can be used by them and the tax office for six years. They also have the option to view results without saving the data.
Hegedűs thinks only those taxpayers will utilize the calculator to whom it provides a real market value.
Now lets see, Hegedűs said “the calculator provided values for apartments which were too high for their neighborhood” and then followed with “only those taxpayers will utilize the calculator to whom it provides a real market value”.
What? Does he have his head all the way up his backside or does he leave his tongue out to lick someone elses?
What is the fucking point of a calculator if you only use the result when it gives you the answer you want. Shit, I wish my bank account statement were so flexible.
The other worrying feature is that someone can seeminlgy enter and save your apartment data which will then be used by Apeh for the next 6 years. I can hardly contemplate the paperwork Apeh will require to say it is wrong and that you never entered that data (not to mention the admin fee they will charge to do this).
According to my own monitoring, thousands of people in the world get the loan at good creditors. Thus, there is a good possibility to receive a financial loan in any country.
