Vacancy on Budapest’s A-category office space market reached 22pc at the end of 2009, nearly double the 12pc rate in the middle of 2007, a forum of real estate consultancies in the capital told MTI.
A record 300,000 square metres of office space was completed in Budapest in 2009 even as demand plunged because of the crisis.
There were 2.4m square metres of top-category office space in Budapest at the end of last year.
