Hungarian IT firm Key-Soft to enter market for e-invoices

Hungarian IT company Key-Soft has added a module handling electronic invoices to its market-leading KULCS-KESZLET inventory management and invoicing and KULCS-SZAMLA programmes, therefore, the programme can now be used to prepare electronic invoices, the company said on the Budapest Stock Exchange website.

Key-Soft has signed an agreement with E-szamla Zrt, which operates the portal www.e-szamla.hu, therefore making the forwarding and electronic settlement of e-invoices possible. The software also handles the preparation of locally produced e-invoices, in which case the invoices are automatically certified with time stamping and electronic signature.

Key-Soft said it hopes that more and more of its 30,000 customers will switch to electronic invoices, which reduces costs as well as the burden on the environment.
