Real estate consulting companies Colliers International, EHL Hungary and Eston International have founded an organization called Real Estate Research Association (RERA) based on stategic cooperation, napi.hu reports. The goals of the three companies are providing precise data, thus creating a more transparent market.
The founders of RERA think a number of changes are necessary for making strategic decisions. They are to introduce a new, unified and objective database and complex analyses, while they redefined office market zones and widened classification categories of office buildings based on technical conditions and content and location.
