Former BKV head accuses Socialist politicians in confession

Former BKV CEO Zsolt Balogh implicated several senior Socialist Budapest politicians in a confession to police, Magyar Hírlap writes, adding that he told detectives which Socialist politicians had received money taken from the BKV.

Balogh, who ran the BKV from April 2007 to September 2008 has reached a plea bargain deal with the police.

Ministers and state secretaries could be suspects, the newspaper says.

Oh yummy. I’m drooling at the thought of all the

@Minnie. Revelations of government corruption and collusion. I bet this has made everyone happy!

How many of these woodlice will be prosecuted and found guilty?
The whole system here is rotten to the core.
So can we expect justice and long prison sentences to be meted out to these so-called representatives of the people?

“The system” is obviously not that rotten, then politicians from the current party in power are investigated.
If the statement “The whole system here is rotten to the core”, that would hardly happen
Only the opposition would be charged with wrongdoings
So what will happen on April 12?

State the facts: Corruption, embezzlement, ineptitude, inefficiency, are widespread, and we have little chance chance of seeing justic done because of a weak legal system, and an inferior police force. Politicians seek to line their own pockets before representing the people’s best interests.
    Mayors, politicians, executives, councillors,
are arrested on a daily basis and charged with fraud etc etc.
You have all the answers Viking and everything is rosy in the kitchen.
What medication do you take. I would like some…
