Hotels with more than 900 rooms to open in Budapest this year

Premium-category hotels with more than 900 rooms are expected to be inaugurated in Budapest this year, business daily Napi Gazdasag reported on Thursday.

The 235-room Marriott Courtyard Hotel on Blaha Lujza Square is planned to be opened on Easter. The 176-room First Site Hotel Eurostarts Budapest is expected to open in the second half of the year. The 67-room Racz spa and hotel will open in the summer at the earliest. In the autumn, Mellow Mood will open a 112-room hotel in Nador Street. The 272-room Continental Zara is also expected to be completed in 2010.
