Hungary’s Competition Office (GVH) on Wednesday said it closed its investigation of OTP Bank and its fund manager’s practice of providing information on investment funds to clients.
GVH said no infringement was found in the case of Abszolut Hozam Fund and the investigation was closed.
In the case of the Optima and Penzpiaci funds, the bank and the fund manager provided compensation to its clients and promsised to comply with GVH directives.
