Hungary’s Paks Nuclear Power Station has engaged Ukrainian turbine manufacturer Turboatom to modernize the 220-megawatt turbine in the plant’s fourth block, Turboatom’s press office said in a release.
Turboatom is expected to deliver the 8 turbine blades stipulated in the contract to the Paks Nuclear Power Plant in April.
