About 160,000 square metres of top-category office space is expected to be built in Budapest this year, 24pc less than in 2009 and 35pc less than in 2008, Real Estate Researchers Association (RERA) told MTI.
About 92,000 square metres of office space is expected to be inaugurated in Q1, 45,000 in Q2, 8,000 in Q3 and 13,000 in Q4.
