The 16th annual Budapest real estate expo (lakásvásár) will open on the 30th of April at the SYMA events all, reports ingatlanhirek.hu.
The number of exhibitors at this year’s four-day event is expected to top 200, with a special emphasis on eco-friendly houses and projects.
A number of developers are also expected to use the fair to make announcements about new projects.
Banks will also be represented, offering loan products to future buyers, and legal experts will be on hand to offer hopeful homeowners advice free of charge.
Finally, a playhouse will be available for guests with small children and free Internet access will be provided for adults.
