Sygenta has signed a lease on 2,600 square meters in the Office Garden II commercial building according to Eston, resourceinfo.hu reports. The agricultural company is leasing 2,200 worth of office space, and 400 square meters of storage facilities.
The Office Park is located in the Újbuda region of Budapest’s District XI in southern Buda, close to the Danube. The development’s second phase that will see an additional 17,000 square meters added is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year.
