Reconstruction of Budapest’s Kossuth tér goes ahead

A total of Ft 2.5 billion has been earmarked from next year’s budget for the revamping of Kossuth tér and the construction of an underground garage, Népszabadság reports.

The reconstruction will return the squareto its pre-1944 design, and is scheduled for completion before March 31, 2014.
