MOM Park signs up new tenants in effort to go further upscale

AEW Europe is repositioning the MOM Park shopping mall in Buda to target more upscale tenants and consumers, Világgazdaság reports. AEW Europe, an asset manager which, along with AEW Capital Management, runs over €33 billion worth of property across the globe, has signed lease contract with handful of new tenants, including Italian restaurant Vapiano, Villa Bagatelle, Oxivit, VitalCenter, H&M, Levis-Converse and Halley Hansen.

MOM Park was acquired by PBW Real Estate Fund NV in 2007 from Bayerische Hausbau International GmbH and Bayerische Landesbank Europa-Immobilien-Beteili-gungs GmbH. MOM Park sports commercial space totaling 30,000 square meters, offices on 17,000 square meters and an underground garage with 1,234 parking spots.
