Property developer Ablon has started construction of a EUR 4m building at the Airport City Logistics Park near Liszt Ferenc International Airport Budapest, the company told MTI. The 6,300sqm warehouse and office unit will be inaugurated by year-end.
It will be leased by Benteler Distribution Hungary.
The building is the third phase of development at Airport City.
Ablon has worked on 20 projects in Hungary so far, bringing more than EUR 400m in investment to the country.
